Taylor Swift took home five awards (choice female music artist, country female artist, female red carpet fashion icon, country single for "Mean" and break-up song for "Back to December") as well as the Teen Choice Award's lifetime achievement award, the Ultimate Choice Award.
Other winners included Cameron Diaz, Ashton Kutcher, Blake Lively, Harry Potter, Glee and even Rebecca Black (Choice Web Star).
It was a shame Swift did not perform her latest single 'Sparks Fly' but she's still on tour right now and in the process of releasing her fourth album! So exciting!
